After graduation from Moscow State University of International Relations (MGIMO) Irina started her career in advertising more than 24 years ago in the first international agency that appeared on Russian market – Young & Rubicam and is still loyal to this creative network. She went the whole career pass from account executive to Managing Director of the agency. Worked with the main international and local brands serviced by Y&R such as Philip Morris, Xerox, Colgate, Dell, LandRover, Beeline, Rostelecom, Baltica and Azerphone. Being in charge of business development, she did a lot to introduce new areas of communication activities in the agency: shopper marketing and digital, as well as to develop Y&R network on other markets (Kazakhstan, Azerbajan, Belarus, etc.)
